She Simply Raised Her Fists, by Liam, Year 5

Exhausted and breathing hard, she simply raised her fists as the crocodile circled closer. Her leg was bleeding heavily as the croc came in for the finishing blow. She punched it under the jaw, its most vulnerable spot.

She saw a fin break the surface. The bull shark had smelled her blood, but it wouldn’t attack unless the croc left. The croc was furious that the shark came into its territory and left her alone. The croc went for the gills but the speedy shark evaded the attack and bit the armoured tail. The croc pushed its tail into the shark’s mouth, stunning it for just long enough to kill it.
