“Looking back, I remember”, said Bob, “I remember that we went to the shops and bought some ice-cubes because it was hot. I asked you if you had something to carry them in and you told me that you didn’t, even though I informed you to bring the cooler bag.
The ice was beginning to melt, so I went inside and asked the man if we could return it. They weighed what was left and deducted $1.90. I was very mad at you so I made you pay the money back to me. After that, I never bought ice with you again”.

Jamieson, this is a great use of the prompt. Selling the ice back and having to have it weighed first is a fascinating concept! I like the personal voice coming through – it was certainly an experience that you’ve not forgotten as it seems very vivid in your memory. (Or perhaps imagination?)
Great work and thanks for sharing,
