Once upon a story there was a golden retriever and his sidekick human who lived in the land of hockey and maple syrup. Human loved his cat called TabbyCat. TabbyCat was actually a ginger cat.
One day in the summer, Golden Retriever was licking a yellow Zooper Dooper while Human was eating dog food and Schmackos when suddenly, a bunch of yellow bees came to steal their honey, but they had come to the wrong place. “This is Canada!” said Golden Retriever to the bees.
But luckily Golden Retriever sniffed out the golden yellow honey.

Hello Xavier, what an interesting bunch of characters you created for your story. You had me interested straight away as I love dogs and think golden retrievers are great. I liked how you called the cat, “Tabby Cat” as my family had a dog that they called “Pup” for all of its life (15 years) so it reminded me of that. Lots of action in your story too. Well done.

What a wonderfully imaginative story you shared. With hockey and maple syrup, I quickly suspected your story was set in Canada. As I read, I realised yoru story had a fairytale quality where imagination is the key rather than the real world. Well done.
