Olivia lived across the road from Maddy and since Year 3, the girls had always been ‘besties’. Over twelve years later,
on October 18th, 2022, Olivia and Maddy went shopping at Greensborough Shopping Centre when, out of the corner of her eye, Maddy caught a glimpse of a new cafe called Benson’s Diner. Maddy put a hand on Liv’s shoulder, making her stop suddenly. “What now?” Liv asked impatiently. “That diner reminded me of a time when I knew a horse called Benson.” Maddy replied, “Do you remember when you used to watch me ride Benson? I love that horse, even now”.
